She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie Anderson and Tensie Pitts Anderson; and her siblings, Danny Anderson, Ethel Smitty, Mattie Ann Mears and Emma Jean Mosley.
She is survived by: her sons, Barry Smith (Pam) and Darrell Smitty (Shelia); and her brother Leonard Anderson. She is also survived by five grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren and four grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Jennings & Ayers Funeral Home (820 S Church St, Murfreesboro, TN 37130). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Evergreen Cemetery (519 Greenland Dr, Murfreesboro, TN 37130).
