He was predeceased by: his father Melburn H. Cothron; and his grandparents, Efford, Bula Cothron, Carl and Genie Driver.
He is survived by: his sons, Derrick Linder (Brooke), Cory Cothron (Dana), Clinton Cothron (Tiffany) and Larry Cothron, Jr.; his grandchildren, Alyssa Rose Goodman, Avery Leigh Cothron, Rozzi Jade Linder, Charlee Rose Cothron, Korie Ann Caster, Hudson Bennett Cothron and Kamden Tyler Linder; his children, Mary Driver CothronSister, Connie Shrum (BarryBrother) and Troy L. Cothron; and his nephew Casey Shrum (Laine).
Visitation was held on Saturday, March 29th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM, on Sunday, March 30th 2025 from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM and on Monday, March 31st 2025 from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Alexander Funeral Home (209 E Locust St, Lafayette, TN 37083). A funeral service was held on Monday, March 31st 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, March 31st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Meadorville Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery.
Family respectfully requests memorial contributions be made towards the funeral expenses.
