He is survived by: his mother Bettye Hurt; his significant other Christina; his children, Aidan and Adelyn; and his siblings, Karen Hornsby (Brad), Kevin Hurt (Patricia), Kent Hurt (Patricia) and Michael Rhoades. He is also survived by numerous nieces and a nephew.
