He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Kwak and Tessie Kwak (Czachowski). He is survived by: his wife Mary; his sons, Kenneth (Dawn) of Castalian Springs, Tennessee and Gregory (Michelle); and his grandchildren, Darius, Arabella, Gabriel, Myles and Theodore of Attleboro, Massachusetts..
