He was predeceased by: his parents, John F. Horn, Sr. and Hattie Wesson Horn; his wife Paula Horn; his daughter Jackie Horn; and his brothers, Joseph Horn and Roland Horn.
He is survived by: his daughter Glenda Kelly (Bill); his granddaughter Ginny Mooney (Danny); and his great grandchildren, Leon Kelly, Noah Moran and Holland Mooney.
