Jim Daniel Obituary
We are sad to announce that on June 30, 2024, at the age of 89, Jim Daniel of Murfreesboro, Tennessee, born in Corbin, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid Jim farewell, let us not mourn the absence of his physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of his spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Jim is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorris "Scott" Daniel, Sr. and Margaret Shelley Daniel. He is survived by: his wife Susan Garretson; his children, Doug, Jennifer and Thomas "Tom"; and his brother Scott Daniel. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins.
Memorial gifts in lieu of flowers may be sent to the Shriner's Children Hospital and the 1st Presbyterian Church's Music Ministry.
