He was predeceased by: his mother Theresa Sowka Lackey. He is survived by: his father Dallas Wayne Lackey (Terri) of Bartlett, IL; his wife Martha Hawley Lackey; his son Joshua Lackey (Laura) of Murfreesboro, TN; his granddaughter Layla Anne Lackey of Murfreesboro, TN; and his siblings, Mike Lackey (Carol Ann), Mitch Lackey, Larry Lackey (Doreen) and Dawn Lackey. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, December 8th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Hank (2333 Memorial Blvd, Murfreesboro, TN 37129).
