He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest B. Jr. Franklin and Evelyn Norris Franklin; and his sister Joanna England. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Franklin; his daughter Amanda Curtis (Ben); his grandchildren, Ethan Curtis and Lydia Curtis; and his sister Gwen Barnett (Mike).
Visitation was held on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Murfreesboro Funeral Home (145 Innsbrooke Blvd, Murfreesboro, TN 37128). A funeral service was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at the Maplewood Cemetery.
