He is survived by: his sons, Ralph Baxter (Paula) of Midland Community and Wesley Baxter (Sarah) of Murfreesboro, TN; his grandchild Kason Baxter (Brooke); his sons, Bayleigh McLaughlin (Adam), Ellie Kate Baxter, Adelyn Baxter and Lucus Baxter; his great grandchild Braelynn Baxter; his grandson Cooper McLaughlin; his sisters, Connie Reed (Tom) of Arrington, TN and Rhonda Harris of Shelbyville, TN; and his former wife Wanda Nulton. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
