He is survived by: his daughter Donna Morton Forth of Murfreesboro; his grandchildren, William "Scotty" Forth of Murfreesboro, Cody Forth (Brittany) of Murfreesboro, Tyler Forth (Brittany) of Smithville and Keshia Green; his great grandchildren, Lisa Marie, Natalie Autumn, Bentley Travis, Luke Raiyden, Tinley Marie, Kayde Dalton, Larry Cole and Daniel Kennedy; and his siblings-in-law, Lewis Perry of Christiana, Rachel Morton of Murfreesboro, Virginia Morton of Bradyville, Larry Sanders (Arlene) of Woodbury and Vida King (James Robert) of Beech Grove.
