He is survived by: his wife Trisha Smithson; his children, Danelle Bosley and Craig Smithson; his daughter-in-law Kendra Smithson of Murfreesboro, TN.; his grandchildren, Tyler Stambaugh, Brooke Arney, Savannah Bosley, Tucker Bosley and Lucas Smithson of Murfreesboro, TN.; and his great grandchild Delaney Arney.
He would prefer that donations be made to the St. Jude's hospital in his memory.
