He is survived by: his children, Russell Parsley (Callen) of Maryville, TN and Robin Dillard (Kevin) of Murfreesboro, TN; and his grandchildren, Sarah Parsley, Anna Grace Dillard, Hank Dillard, Sadie Dillard and Grant Dillard.
