He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Watts and Elizabeth Watts; and his brothers, Norman Edward Watts, Jr. and Roger Dale Watts, Sr.. He is survived by: his daughter Rebecca Watts; and his siblings, Rossie, Robbie Watts, Priscilla Ward, Sylvia Buffkin, Allie Ganous and Kathy Fowler.
