He is survived by: his spouse Jean; his sons, Steve (Christie) and Scott (Dianne); his grandchildren, Steven, Mark (Constance), Olivia Goodwin (Ethan), Corey, Aaron and Austin Casteel; his great grandchildren, Lizzie Sajak-Armstrong and Brody Casteel; his sister Velma Turner (Joe); and his grandsons, Cameron Armstrong, Ethan Goodwin, Jim Ritter, Ron McBride, Larry Miller and Ken Clinard.
The family requests that donations be given to St Jude Children's Research Hospital or Shriner's Children Hospital.
