He is survived by: his mother Donna Hentz (King); his adoptive mother Penny Hentz; his wife Vicki; his daughters, Brandie Hentz (Micheal Mayer), Brittany Ash (Andrew) and Brooke Hentz (Owen Lusk); his granddaughter Harper Hentz; and his sisters, Darlene Peace (Bill), Valerie Hentz, Gena Hentz, Lisa Hillis (Mark) and Jo Shell Simmons (Rodney). He is also survived by other loving family members and dear friends.
