Ellis, Patricia Morris, Doreen Kosciusko and Daniel Mulvey (Joanna Gonzalez-Mulvey); his stepsister Kirsten Reeves (Mitchell); his uncle Thomas Morris; his cousin Aubrey Morris; his close friend Stephanie Thomas; and also Estella. He is also survived by many cousins, great-aunts and uncles, and cherished friends.
