He is survived by: his wife Linda Story; his children, Jack Cook (Pat), Kim Bullard (Harrell) and Sherry Johnson (Lin); his grandchildren, Michael Cook (Brandi), Chris Cook (Kristy), Savannah, Anna Claire Bullard, Dusty Hepburn (Holly) and Alec Hepburn; and his siblings, Betty Wood, Phillip and Kevin Story.
