It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Billie Fay Gortney of Murfreesboro, Tennessee, who passed away on November 30, 2024, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Calvin Bullard and Sudie Page Bullard; her husband Louie Gortney; and her siblings, James Bullard, Ed Bullard and Elizabeth McClanahan.

She is survived by: her daughters, Sarah Gortney-Gonzalez (Miguel) and Kathy Rich, Sr. (Herschel); her grandsons, Herschel Rich, Jr. (Stephanie) and Walter Rich (Lauren); and her great grandchildren, Madison Rich, Easton Rich, Autumn Rich and Riley Rich.
