She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert H. Warren and Jessie Bush Warren; her sister Martha Jean Warren; and her son Robert Warren Forsythe (Robert Clayton Forsythe). She is survived by: her sons, Paul D. Forsythe (Pam) and Ralph C. Forsythe (Barbara); her grandchildren, Paul (Stephanie), Martha (Stephen), Warren (Amy), Jocelyn (Wiley) and Taylor (Jordan); her great grandchildren, Blake (Ryan), Hunter (Nicole), Dylan, Conner, Kendall, Elise, Savannah, Dacey, Jude, Wilson and Lucy; and her great great grandchildren, Reeve, Lennon and Archie.
Visitation was held on Sunday, April 13th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Woodfin Funeral Chapel - Murfreesboro (1488 Lascassas Pike, Murfreesboro, TN 37130). A graveside service was held on Monday, April 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Spring Hill Cemetery (510 Gallatin Pike S, Madison, TN 37115).
