He was predeceased by: his wife Tina. He is survived by: his sister Mary Miller (Dave); his children, Dustin Sutton, Todd Scallions (Wendy) and Sunny Griffis (Jason); and his grandchildren, Kara, Elizabeth, Brooklyn, Hanna, Alyssa and Chase. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.

Visitation was held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Munford Funeral Homes - Munford Chapel (1136 Tipton Rd, Munford, TN 38058). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
