Wayne Turner Obituary
We are sad to announce that on January 26, 2022, at the age of 78, Wayne Turner of Munford, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his grandson Joshua Scruggs; his parents, Claudius Preston and Charlotte Scott Turner; and his siblings, Dixie L. Kelly, Donna M. Fisher, Douglas Turner and Harry Turner.
He is survived by: his wife Thelma Kathryn "Sissy" Turner; his children, Debra Turner Scruggs (Steve), Donna Turner Crenshaw (Jeff), Rhonda Turner, Rodney Turner and Jamie Turner; his grandchildren, Zakkery Turner, Tyler Catterton, Ethan Quinley, James Turner, Miles Turner, Lauren Scruggs Ward, Tanner Turner, Devon Turner and Savanah Hancock; and his sisters, Lois E. Gelwicks and Carol Guessford (Gordon). He is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren, other family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Friends of the Tipton County Animal Shelter in honor of Mr. Wayne.
