He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Cecilia Sawyer; his son Thomas Jason Sawyer (Rebecca) of Millington; his grandsons, Justin and Josh Sawyer; his son-in-law William Smith of Avon, IN; his sister-in-law Debra McGee of Fayettville, TN.; and his daughter Carla Leigh Sawyer Smith.
