He was predeceased by: his wife Evelyn; his children, Michael and Susan Lewis; his father Lon Rhodes; his brother-in-law Bobby Fiveash; his grandson Conner; his brother Charles Fineberg; his mother Florene Fineberg; and his stepfather David Fineberg.
He is survived by: his grandson Daniel Monaghan (Bailey); his great grandchildren, Keira Ellis, Helen and Teagan Monaghan; his sister Charlotte Fineberg-Buchner (Clark); his sister-in-law Barbara Fiveash; and his nieces, Doris Fiveash, Codee Ewing (Battle Ewing), Jodi Stokes (Johnny) and Mindy Davidson.
