He was predeceased by: his daughter Bailey Campbell; his parents, James Doss Campbell and Jacqueline Brown; and his siblings, Margaret Campbell and Robert Campbell.

He is survived by: his wife Lori Johnson Campbell; his daughter Hope Iglesias; his siblings, Darlene Rhea, Donna Pope and Daryl Campbell; and his grandchildren, Everlynn Gray Wright and Isabella Jade Loughridge.

Memorials are to be made to cystic fibrosis foundation.
