He is survived by: his wife Brenda Lee Hughes Meadors of Munford, TN; his children, Paula Jean Jenkins Meadors of Atoka, TN, Roy Alan Meadors, Jr. of Lakeland, TN and Michael Lynn Meadors of Memphis, TN; his brother Challice Meadors of Drummonds, TN; his grandchildren, Kelsie Meadors Daniel, Allyson Meadors, Andrew Meadors, Madison Meadors Stewart, McKenzie Meadors, David Jenkins, Jacob Jenkins, Lincoln Jenkins and Reagan Jenkins; and his great grandchildren, Benjamin Daniel and Simeon Damiel.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Down Syndrome Association of Memphis and Munford Senior Citizen's Center.
