He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Ann Smith; his children, Lori Banks (Paul), Ginger Smith (Greg) and Jody Smith; and his grandchildren, Holden Smith, Kristina Banks, Alina Banks and Ian Smith. He is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
