He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Billings and Lucille Billings; and his siblings, Harold, Mike, Leslie Billings (Joan) and Marilyn Morris.
He is survived by: his wife Sue Yarbrough Billings; his children, Lesley Morrison (Terry) and Reed Billings; his sisters-in-law, Donna Billings (Mike) and Melanie Billings (Leslie); and his grandchildren, Paul Billings (Emily), Jennifer Rape (Joe Lee) and Mandy Banquer (Jason). He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Atoka Methodist Church, Al Chymia Shrine Center.
