He was predeceased by: his wife Linda; and his parents, Frank Lapusnak and Veronica Lapusnak. He is survived by: his children, Steven Lapusnak, Sam Lapusnak (Penne) and Nicole Mathesen (Kris); and his siblings, Madeline Chinchilla, Bernard Lapusnak, Vernie Banyas and Al Lapusnak. He is also survived by five grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren.

Funeral: Friday, April 26, 2024, 2:00 pm, followed by graveside service Memorial Contributions: Shriners Children's or the children's charity of your choice.
