He was predeceased by: his brother Roger Burk. He is survived by: his parents, Johnny, Sr. Angel and Laura Angel; his close friend Anna Serna of Marion, AR; and his siblings, Cynthia Angel Grooms of Munford, TN, Jerry Lee Burk of Covington, TN, Christopher Burk of Henderson, TN and Oliver Angel (Bill) of Burlison, TN. He is also survived by twelve nieces and nephews and four great-nephews.
