He is survived by: his wife Margaret Lynn Bringhurst Michael; his sons, Carey Michael (Dana) and Tony Michael (Kellee); and his siblings, Patsy Ervin and Jerry Michael. He is also survived by five grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
