She is survived by: her husband Charles Cook; her children, Monica Bridges (Roger), Carla Manley, Jessica Hatch (David), April Ransdell (Randy), Charles B. Cook II (Jennie), Victor G. Cook (Teresa) and Karl H. Cook; and her brother Charles R. Hines. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
