She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene Forbes and Della Belle Forbes. She is survived by: her children, Brock Vanderhorn of Destin, FL and Carla Vanderhorn of Jonesboro, AR. She is also survived by one grandchild and two great-grandchildren.
