He is survived by: his wife Myrna Creasy; his children, Brenda Lundy of Munford, Amy Brown of Covington, Kristi Escue of Burlison and Bobby Chapman of Atoka; and his siblings, James Creasy of Jackson and Sue Ferrell of Covington. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
