She is survived by: her daughters, Sally Sullivan (Mark) of Drummonds, Donna Simonis of Atoka and Beth Maddock (Bill) of Munford; her grandchildren, Steven Sullivan, Matt Maddock and Leslie Maddock; and her great grandchildren, Michael Sullivan, Courtney Sullivan and Sara Lee.
