He was predeceased by: his parents, James Henry "Quinn" and Doris Malone Byram; his brother-in-law Tommy Strong; and his father-in-law Edward O. Blalack. He is survived by: his daughter Malinda; his wife Malinda Blalack Byram; his children, Daniel Byram (Whitney), Nathan Byram (Jennifer) and Lindsey Byram Harris (Bradley); his grandchildren, Ryan Byram, Sam Byram, Haley Byram, Lilly Byram, Cooper Byram, Sebastian "Bash" Byram, Bradi Harris and Jack Harris; his mother-in-law JoAnn Blalack McCommon; and his siblings, Jimmy Byram (Gloria), Ellen Strong, Karen Moore (Terry) and Sandra Gish (Glen).
