She was predeceased by: her parents, Earldon Russell and Emma Sue Burlison Turnage; and her husband John Wade. She is survived by: her sons, Robert Keith (Norma) of Texas, Russell Keith (Donna) of Munford, Dale McKenzie (Kim) of Covington and Glynn Ralph of Mississippi; and her sister Edith Maxine Eppley. She is also survived by six grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.
