She is survived by: her husband Delane Lewis; her children, Cody Lewis (Christi), Troy Lee Lewis (Elizabeth) and Teresa Simmons (Paul); her grandchildren, Warren Millican (Jacque), Colter Millican (Hayden), Braden Lewis, Cason Lewis, Jlyn Creasy and Sydney Stephens (Logan); her great grandchildren, Addison, Lucas, Davis, Cash, Cross, Aubree, Arya and Everleigh; and her sister Carolyn Elizabeth Prater.
