She is survived by: her parents, Harry Stimpson and Velver Stimpson; her spouse J. T. Forbess; her sons, Ricky Forbess (Janet) and Mike Forbess (Lola); her grandchildren, Clay Forbess (Rachel), Regina Goulder (Dustin), Jeremy McGar (Brie), Alyssa Forbess, Kayla David (Chris), Justin Forbess and Lauren Forbess (Kenley); and her daughter-in-law Susan Cullum.
