Hoffmeister and Sandy Hoffmeister; his brother Christopher Hoffmeister (Tina); his aunts and uncles, Dianna Sheely (Steve), Tina Mosley, Lynn Calhoun, Theresa Pfefferkorn, Hayley Green (Austin), Philip Hoffmeister (Shannon), Gregory Hoffmeister (Sandy) and Trent Hoffmeister (Gail); his great-uncle Robert Hoffmeister; his parents-in-law, Kevin Gosnell and Angie Lomas; his grandparents, Joyce Gelhausen, Faye Carter (Joe) and David P. Hoffmeister (Pam); and his nephews, Christopher Hoffmeister Jr., Alexander Hoffmeister and John Hoffmeister. He is also survived by father to his children.
