She is survived by: her husband Phillip Worley; her children, Whitney Opal Smartt (Wade Allen), Jason Smartt (Amber Scott) and Daniel Smartt (Chelsea); her stepson Ricky Worley; her grandchildren, Eli Smartt, Ryan Smartt, Cloi Smartt, Braylon Smartt, Brantley West, Gannon West, Raylan Allen, Trevor Worley, Dalton Worley, Makayla Worley, Anniston Worley, Everleigh Worley and Jaxon Worley; and her sisters, Derein Smith and Angel Hanak.
Visitation was held on Friday, March 28th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Gallant-Riverview Funeral Home (508 W College St, Murfreesboro, TN 37130). A funeral service was held on Saturday, March 29th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
