She is survived by: her children, John Fielding of Lynchburg, James Fielding (Donna) of Tullahoma, Sandra Ellis (Phillip) of Florence, Cindy Fielding of Tullahoma and Jack Matlock Jr. (Theresa) of St. Peters, Missouri. She is also survived by fourteen grandchildren; twenty-three great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
