He was predeceased by: his parents, Preston Mitchell and Pauline French Mitchell Minton; his stepfather Carl Minton; and his siblings, Clarence Mitchell, Robert Mitchell, Jerald Minton, Rita Mitchell Terry and Penny Minton.
He is survived by: his sister Marlene Gill; his daughters, Teresa Mitchell and Tricia; his granddaughter Several; and his close friend Dennis Moore Graveside. He is also survived by Several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and other family and friends.
