He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Kyle and Dora Leons Collins Horner. He is survived by: his wife Mary Ellen; and his siblings, Sammy Kyle Horner (Mary Ann) and Dora Ann Parker (Jim). He is also survived by companions and therapy cats, Mr. Lucky and Midnight; several nieces and nephews.
