It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Richard Farmer (Mountain City, Tennessee), who passed away on February 20, 2020, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Blaine and Ethel Faye Farmer; and his sister Barbara Osborne. He is survived by: his siblings, Carolyn Tedder, Bill Joe Farmer, James Earnest Farmer, Charles Farmer, Hubert Farmer and Mike Farmer. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
