He is survived by: his nephew Chris Mullins; his wife Linda Arnold of Butler, TN; his son Steve Arnold (Sherry) of Butler, TN; his granddaughters, Sarah and Shawna of Butler, TN; his daughter Shanta Williams; his grandchildren, Emily, Addyson and Alyssa of Tampa, FL; and his nephew Wayne South (Justine) of Kingsport, TN.
