He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Mary Nell Miller Lewis; his son Joseph Russell Lewis; his grandchildren, Savannah Jo (Robert), Evan Joseph, Cameron and Clayton; his great grandchild Lily; and his niece Ginger Peters.
