She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Stout and Dora Lowe Stout; her siblings, Mary Wallace, Shirley Smith, Charles Stout, Homer Stout, Bill Stout and Carl Stout; and her brother-in-law Robert Wallace.
She is survived by: her siblings, Richard Stout (Sharon) of Elizabethton, TN and Josephine Laing (Larry) of Todd, NC. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
