He is survived by: his parents, Jerry Dean Courtner and Patsy Ann Pardue Courtner; his children, Tristany Sharon Lawler of Mountain City, TN, Tyler Allen Lawler of Mountain City, TN and Michael Courtner of Maine; his sisters, Amanda Roseann Courtner of Mountain City, TN, Brianna Jade Courtner of Mountain City, TN and Allie Anna Grace Courtner of Mountain City, TN; his close friends, Preston, Matt Johnson, Tim Eggers and Claude Harmon; his aunt Margaret; and his uncle Danny Grindstaff.
