He is survived by: his daughter Kerri Heaton; his siblings, Daphne Meadows (Randy), Sandy Pack (Jay), Jerrie Howard, Mark Carlson and Doyle Carlson; his grandchildren, Steven, Edward Heaton and Donna Miller; and his close friends, Tammy Lunceford and Bobby Joe Winters.
