He was predeceased by: his parents, Wiley T. Potter and Emma J. Potter; his wife June; his daughter Carolyn Baughman; his siblings, Gurney, Kermit Potter and Mable J. Roark; and his nephew Gurney M. Potter, Jr. (Selmer).
He is survived by: his siblings-in-law, Hayse and Jean Gentry. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and many special friends and neighbors.
